Job summary

Fundamental in Pasadena, TX is seeking a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work 6 PM–6 AM with a generous shift differential. A $3,600 sign-on bonus is offered for new hires who start by 07/31/2026, with PRN options available.

You will provide patient care under supervision and collaborate with the nursing team. Candidates must hold an active LVN license and have 1+ year of long-term care experience; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LVN in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

Posted Salary Range

USD $28.00 - USD $30.50 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
