Job summary

Fundamental is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time or PRN shifts in Maryland. New hires who start on or before July 31, 2026 receive a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Evening shifts run 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm and Night shifts 10:30 pm – 7:00 am, with posted hourly wages of $30.00–$36.00. The role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, working closely with the nursing staff, and supporting patient needs with teamwork and compassion.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers nursing care to patients under supervision and per state practice act and guidelines.
• Collects patient data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information to the care team.
• Directs and supervises care given by other nursing staff as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.
