The LVN provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician, including vital signs, phlebotomy, data gathering, and medication administration. Requirements include graduation from an accredited LVN program with a CA license, BLS, and 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited LVN program with a current California LVN license.
• 1 year of patient care experience in outpatient/inpatient, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or clinic setting preferred.
• IV certification preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Fluency in additional languages may be preferred depending on location.
• Valid BLS certification required per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
