AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing care for our PACE clinic patients. You will supervise front and back-office staff and coordinate clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and service quality.

The role requires California LVN licensure, 1–2 years of outpatient and supervisory experience, and BLS certification. EHR/EMR familiarity is preferred, with a focus on geriatric care within AltaMed's community clinics.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years outpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinic operations are efficient and compliant with budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate coaching, training, and planning as assigned.

Additionally, this position supervises and coordinates front office and back-office patient care and clinic support staff, is responsible for ensuring the efficiency of clinic operations, and for monitoring, coaching, training, reporting, planning, and budgeting as assigned.Minimum RequirementsA current LVN license issued by the State of California is required.Valid driver’s license.A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
