Job summary

Varco Home Health, Hospice and Homecare is seeking a PRN Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide one-on-one in-home care across Garland, TX and surrounding areas. You’ll assess, monitor, and document patient conditions while delivering skilled nursing visits per the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Active Texas LVN license required.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and adapt to patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled in-home nursing visits based on the plan of care.
• Perform vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and catheter care.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, safety, and disease management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the care team.
