Walmart Inc. Loganville Vision Center is hiring for a full-time Optical Department Leader. You will drive department sales through merchandising, pricing accuracy, and inventory oversight while engaging the community to strengthen brand presence.

You will supervise eyewear measurements, fittings, and patient education under optometric supervision, ensuring HIPAA compliance and high service standards. Leadership and team development are core to this role.

Qualifikationen

Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
Option 2: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
Option 3: 2 years' general work experience with optical exposure.
