Walmart Inc. in Clayton, GA is seeking an Optical Department Supervisor for the Vision Center. You will lead merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution to grow department sales and strengthen local market presence.

This role requires coordinating with optometrists and labs, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and guiding team performance. You will oversee measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under supervision, and promote excellent member service while

Competenze

• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.
• Option 2: 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Option 3: 2 years' general work experience, including 1 year's optical experience and high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Meets eligibility requirements to work in the Vision Center, including minimum age of 18, certification, registration, licensure, and other qualifications required by company policy and applicable regulations. Active licensure/registration.
• Active ABO.

Mansioni

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Forecast sales trends and align product assortments with member needs and local demographics.
• Oversee optical measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under supervision.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
