Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Licensed Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional guest experience on every visit.

You will oversee operations, scheduling, performance reviews, and collaboration with optical doctors to ensure a seamless eye exam journey while driving sales and loyalty. Strong leadership, communication, and a passion for people are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Opticianry License or ABO Certification as required by state law.
• 5+ years experience in customer service and retail.
• 3+ years management or supervisory experience.
• Recruiting, selection and development of talent.
• Motivating and influencing others.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding guest experience by leading a team to high performance.
• Sets clear expectations for Guest Ready store operations.
• Develops action plans for immediate and future development of team members.
• Conducts annual performance reviews and monthly coaching sessions.
• Creates schedules based on trends, forecast and guest demand.
• Maintains store presentation and execution of marketing programs.
