Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Licensed Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our brand in-store. You will guide customers through the Visionworks experience, using optical knowledge to meet eyewear needs with a human, bold approach.

The role focuses on delivering sales goals, advising customers, and maintaining product knowledge while supporting daily store operations and training. Part-time position with competitive benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Current State Opticians License is required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services meeting their eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through ongoing training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Support store operations including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear.
