Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead who will be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks journey and ensuring their eyewear needs are met with expertise and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer or patient service experience is preferred but not required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals by delivering an excellent Customer/Patient Experience.
• Engage with patients to recommend products and services for eye care needs.
• Remain knowledgeable about eyewear and services, training to ensure right-first-time purchases.
• Perform store operations to support goals including inventory restocking and order fulfillment.
