Qualifications

• Current veterinary technician credential (LVT, RVT, or CVT).
• Strong technical skills in anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, radiology, and laboratory diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care and safely handle and restrain patients.
• Assist with examinations, surgery, dentistry, and anesthesia monitoring.
• Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory diagnostics, and radiology.
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines as directed.
• Monitor hospitalized patients and communicate changes in condition.
• Educate clients on medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
• Work closely with doctors and teammates to provide exceptional patient care.
