Qualifications

  • Current Veterinary Technician credential (LVT, RVT, or CVT)
  • Strong technical skills, including anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, radiology, and laboratory diagnostics
  • Excellent communication and client-service skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate nursing care and safely handle and restrain patients
  • Assist with examinations, surgery, dentistry, and anesthesia monitoring
  • Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory diagnostics, and radiology
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccines as directed
  • Monitor hospitalized patients and communicate changes in condition
  • Educate clients on medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and discharge instructions
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
  • Work closely with doctors and teammates to provide exceptional patient care

Status: Full-time

Salary: Competitive and based on experience

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm with rotating half-day Saturday shifts
