The instructor will deliver lectures, supervise labs, maintain safety standards, and support student success with hands-on guidance. AVMA CVTEA-accredited training and current LVT status are required, with minimum 3 years of veterinary experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Veterinary Technology.
• Current Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) status or Texas state designation.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on veterinary experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures and hands-on lab demonstrations.
• Monitor laboratory competencies with standardized checklists.
• Track attendance and report as required.
• Support student success through targeted intervention.
• Record grades and maintain safety in classroom and lab.
