Qualifications

Valid U.S. Customs Broker License.
3+ years of experience in U.S. customs brokerage within international freight forwarding.
Strong knowledge of CBP regulations and import procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customs clearance for international imports.
Review and process entries per CBP requirements.
Classify merchandise using HTS with accuracy.
Review invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
Ensure duties, taxes, and fees are correctly assessed.
Communicate with clients, CBP, carriers, and internal teams.
Monitor shipments and resolve entry issues promptly.
Guide customers on regulations, classification, and compliance.
Assist with audits and documentation requests.
