Job summary

Open Mind Health seeks licensed mental health professionals to provide high-quality virtual psychotherapy to California clients dealing with anxiety, depression, mood concerns, and life transitions. As part of the role, you will assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-guided approaches such as CBT, ACT, and DBT-informed strategies with mindfulness elements.

The position offers flexible scheduling as a 1099 contractor with a minimum commitment of 20 hours

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD).
• Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based care and culturally responsive, client-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to California clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, chronic stress, burnout, and life transitions.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on presenting concerns and treatment goals.
• Utilize evidence-guided therapeutic approaches such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed interventions, and mindfulness-based strategies.
