Job summary

Lake Granbury Youth Services in Granbury, Texas is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our Rite of Passage team. The role focuses on individual, family, and group therapy for youth ages 10-17 in a trauma-informed setting.

You will conduct assessments, treatment planning, record-keeping, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. Must hold Texas license (LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW or LMFT) and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Texas license as LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW or LMFT.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check, drug, TB test, and registry checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth ages 10–17.
• Oversee treatment completion and document progress toward goals.
• Perform clinical assessments, service planning, and case management.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Possibly provide crisis intervention as needed.
