Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapist for Lake Granbury Youth Services Academy in Granbury, Texas. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy to young women and oversee treatment planning.

The role requires clinical assessments, case management, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, with trauma-informed care and safety as priorities.

Qualifications

• Must hold Texas license as LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW or LMFT.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass criminal background, drug, TB tests.
• Must pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
• Must meet requirements to become an ROP eligible driver, including having an active Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for students.
• Oversee completion of treatment for students under care.
• Conduct clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, and documentation.
• Coordinate services with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Document and assess effectiveness of interventions toward treatment plan goals; include monthly notes and discharge summaries.
• May provide crisis intervention as needed.

Lake Granbury Youth Services is a secure post-adjudication facility located in North Texas that provides comprehensive services to young women (10-17), using a trauma-informed, strength-based, gender responsive model. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features group, individual, and family therapy, on-site schooling, individual dorm rooms, and extracurricular opportunities for the students. What you will do:

The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This may include services such as: clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. As the Licensed Therapist, you may document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals. This position may require you to provide crisis intervention, as necessary and does require monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.

• Have an Texas license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW, LCSW, OR LMFT

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PMon Call Schedule
