Integral Care in Texas seeks a Mental Health Licensed Therapist Supervisor (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to lead a Substance Use IOP with a diverse adult population. The role includes supervision, assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with courts and community partners to improve outcomes.

The LPHA Supervisor will balance clinical leadership with direct service, ensuring trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care and compliance with regulations. Full-time, Monday–Friday, salary in the posted range.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field is required.
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT is required.
• Current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Maintain a clinical caseload including assessments, treatment planning, and counseling.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, contractual, and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate care with probation departments, courts, and community partners.
