Job summary

Master Center for Addiction Medicine is expanding its Intensive Outpatient Program and seeking a licensed professional counselor, social worker, or substance abuse treatment practitioner to join the care team. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and support crisis intervention for patients in the evening IOP program.

The role reports to the Clinical Director and requires experience with addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders, along with

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner (LSATP) license required.
• Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for addiction treatments (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, CBT for SUDs).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a trauma-informed approach.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and EHRs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling in the Intensive Outpatient Program.
• Deliver clinical and case management services to patients in the evenings.
• Perform crisis intervention and clinical documentation.
• Assist with assessment counseling and advocacy for patients.
