Job summary

Integral Care, based in Texas, seeks a Mental Health Licensed Therapist Team Lead (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) to guide a multidisclipinary clinical team. Responsibilities include crisis stabilization, assessments, and coordinated, person-centered care in the community.

The role requires a Master's in a behavioral/mental health field, valid driver’s license, and licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT). Work hours are 8:00AM–5:00PM with potential on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist, or LMFT.
• Preferred: Experience performing mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate crisis stabilization, intervention, and relapse prevention services in the community.
• Lead daily clinical team staffings within a multidisciplinary unit under supervision of the Practice Manager.
• Ensure compliance with program guidelines and coordinate high-quality, person-centered care.
• Offer sound clinical judgment, debriefing, and constructive feedback to clinical staff.
