Job summary

Anew Behavioral Health in New Hampshire is seeking a licensed Substance Use Disorder Therapist to support clients with substance use disorders in office, community settings, and through telehealth.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and leading individual/group sessions while coordinating with the care team. Must be licensed in the state and possess NPI/Medicaid numbers to start, with relevant degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the state you are providing services in.
• NPI and Medicaid Provider Number preferred and required to start work.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required with appropriate licensure.
• Degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for SUD clients.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes per guidelines.
