Job summary

Steadfast Health in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a licensed therapy professional to provide individual and group counseling for substance use disorders. The role includes both in-person and telehealth sessions, with a focus on evidence-based modalities and person-centered care.

You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, stigma-free care. A strong commitment to recovery and social impact is essential.

Qualifications

• Active LCAS and independently licensed as an LCMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with SUD, in-person and via telehealth.
• Develop biopsychosocial assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, MI, and DBT to support recovery.
• Collaborate with clinic team to implement integrated care plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with guidelines.
