Job summary

Steadfast Health seeks an Licensed Therapist to provide evidence-based treatments for substance use disorders in Greensboro, NC, both in person and via telehealth.

You will conduct assessments, design individualized plans using CBT/MI/DBT, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. A focus on compassionate, low-barrier access and ongoing professional development is essential.

Qualifications

• Active LCAS and independently licensed as an LCMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of therapy experience with substance use disorders.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible, can-do mentality, and commitment to ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with SUD, in-person and via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize CBT, MI, and DBT to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with clinic team to implement integrated treatment plans.
• Support patients in crisis and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
• Maintain timely documentation compliant with guidelines.
• Pioneer ways to improve access and care for underserved populations.
• Educate patients and families on SUD and resources to sustain recovery.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and ongoing training.
