Job summary

Steadfast Health seeks a Licensed Therapist (LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT and LCAS) in Winston-Salem, NC. The role emphasizes a patient-centered approach to SUD care with protected non-billable time, in-house billing support, and a collaborative care model.

Expect a predictable base salary plus a monthly performance incentive, a capped caseload, and full benefits including 401(k) match, PTO, and employer-paid disability and life insurance. Ground-floor growth in the Raleigh market is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Active LCAS and independently licensed as LCMHC, LMFT, or LCSW in North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing therapy to individuals with SUDs.
• Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy for SUD patients, in-person or via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based modalities (CBT, MI, DBT) to support recovery.
• Collaborate with clinic team to coordinate care plans and levels of care.
• Maintain thorough documentation in line with guidelines.
