Job summary

Reliant Medical Group in Worcester, MA, part of the Optum family, seeks a Full-Time Licensed Substance Use Disorder Psychotherapist (LICSW or LMHC) to join our Integrated Behavioral Health team. You will provide evidence-based treatment to patients with behavioral health concerns, including SUD, in collaboration with primary care providers and regional prescribers.

Qualifications

• Active MA LICSW or LMHC license required.
• Experience with substance use disorders (SUD) and dual diagnoses preferred.
• Experience providing individual counseling and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment for behavioral health disorders including SUD in primary care.
• Deliver short-term therapy using CBT and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate with Integrated Clinician and regional prescribers.
• Offer in-person and telehealth services; supervision for early-career clinicians possible.
