Job summary

Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO seeks a compassionate Licensed Therapist PRN to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. The therapist will conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include therapy sessions, documentation compliant with standards, monitoring progress, collaborating with the team, maintaining confidentiality, and participating in case conferences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Active, unrestricted state licensure LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings.
