Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in the Independence area, MO, invites a compassionate RN to join our Admissions and Intake team on a PRN basis. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, determine appropriate levels of care, and participate in crisis intervention and risk assessments while coordinating with physicians and staff.

This role supports an expanding inpatient behavioral health program at a new facility.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Missouri or Compact state.
• Experience in behavioral health and admissions preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive assessments.
• Evaluate patients for appropriate levels of care and admissions criteria.
• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments.
• Coordinate and collaborate for all necessary information with physicians and other staff.
