Job summary

PsychPlus in Willoughby, Ohio is seeking a Full-Time PHP Therapist to join our Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program. Qualifications

• Active Ohio license required: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
• Experience working with adolescents required
• Experience in PHP, IOP, inpatient, residential, or other structured behavioral health settings preferred
• Experience working with children/adolescents ages 11–17
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable providing both group and individual therapy

Responsibilities

• Lead group therapy sessions for adolescent clients in the PHP program

• Complete clinical assessments and treatment planning
• Participate in and facilitate group work, individual therapy, biopsychosocial assessment, and family work.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to coordinated patient care
• Support a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for adolescent clients

This role is an important part of the team in our Partial Hospitalization Program- treating adolescents struggling with mental health challenges.
