Learnwell Behavioral Health’s ilearn wellness group in Newton, MA seeks a LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or Pre-Licensed MHC to join our growing Adolescent PHP/IOP program in Newton, MA in a part-time clinical role focused primarily on leading therapeutic groups. This is a 20-hour/week, W-2 position with benefits featuring a consistent daytime schedule and some flexibility around start and end times.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, or Pre-Licensed MHC.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Mental health experience required; adolescents experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapeutic groups for adolescents using evidence-based methods.
• Provide clinical support to help coping skills and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Our Adolescent PHP/IOP provides structured behavioral health treatment for adolescents who need a higher level of support while remaining connected to their families and communities.

What You'll Do

• Lead Therapeutic Groups: Facilitate engaging adolescent groups using DBT, CBT, ACT, social skills, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and coping-skills interventions.
• Provide Clinical Support: Help adolescents build coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and tools they can use beyond the program.
• Collaborate: Work alongside clinicians, psychiatrists, nurses, technicians, and other members of our multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Clinical Documentation: Complete timely and accurate documentation related to groups and patient care.
• Support the Program: Assist the clinical team with patient needs and other clinical responsibilities as appropriate.
