Job summary

Mental Health Treatment Centers of America in Worthington, Ohio is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide individual, family, and group therapy within PHP and IOP programs, collaborating with the clinical team on treatment planning and coordinating care for adolescents and families.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, supervision and professional development, a supportive team, and a predictable weekday schedule (Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM with occasional evenings

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health.
• Active Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC license.
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience working with adolescents and families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy within PHP and IOP programming.
• Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning and coordination.
• Support adolescents and families through evidence-based interventions.
• Complete clinical documentation and participate in team communication.

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday

Occasional scheduled evening coverage Monday–Thursday until 7:00 PM

COMPENSATION

$65,000–$85,000
Based on education and experience
