Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks an assessment clinician (Licensed Therapist LCMHC / LCSW or Associate) to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and addendums in an office-based setting serving adults and children, mainly adults. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and develop person-centered plans, with potential for small caseloads.

Must hold NC license or be eligible, bring strong communication, and experience with behavioral health issues and co-occurring

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Social Work or related field.
• Must hold or be eligible for licensure to practice in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Clinical Assessments and related documents.
• Complete CCA addendums for those returning to care.
• Coordinate care with psychiatry, nursing and social services.
• Develop person-centered plans and oversee discharge planning.
• Engage families and guardians and community resources as needed.
• Conduct individual, family and group therapy sessions.
