Job summary

RHA Health Services is hiring an assessment clinician to complete comprehensive clinical assessments and CCA addendums. The role is office-based and may involve a small caseload at the clinician's discretion, serving both children and adults.

The position requires licensed clinical social work credentials (LCMSW/LCSW) or eligible Associate type, with experience in treating co-occurring disorders. Strong collaboration with psychiatry, families, and community resources is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Valid licensure to practice mental/behavioral health in North Carolina.
• Minimum 2 years experience with mental/behavioral health work.
• Experience with writing person-centered plans and group therapy.
• Experience with EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments for service users.
• Run individual, family and group outpatient therapy sessions.
• Oversee discharge planning and develop person-centered plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and external services.
