Thousand Branches Wellness in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced therapist to oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the IOP location. The role involves clinical assessment, group and individual therapy, and interdisciplinary treatment planning with both in-person and virtual offerings.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in a related field with active licensure, strong diagnostic skills, and expertise in evidence-based modalities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development and implementation.
• Referral management, assessments and direct client contact (individual, group and family).
• Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities.
• Treatment, discharge and safety planning.
• Active participation in clinic consultation, supervision and collaboration.
• Thorough and timely clinical documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.
