Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in Independence, MO seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to diverse client populations. You will assess, plan, document, and monitor progress while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team in a growing inpatient behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted state licensure LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience with behavioral health or related field preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ablility to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions.
• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and community resources.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in case consultations, supervision, and team meetings.
