Paycom - ATS is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide comprehensive assessments, evidence-based therapy, and coordinated care in a residential or outpatient setting. The role involves collaboration with physicians and social workers, maintaining precise documentation, and delivering high-quality patient care in line with clinical best practices and agency standards.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling and licensure as a psychologist or equivalent.

Qualificações

• Requires licensure as Licensed Psychologist, LPC, or LICSW.
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required or equivalent training.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts comprehensive assessments to determine medically necessary services.
• Delivers individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Coordinates care with physicians, social workers, and other professionals.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures program guidelines are followed.
• Meets productivity benchmarks while upholding service quality.
