Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a qualified clinician to plan and coordinate clinical services for families. Responsibilities include admissions, biopsychosocial assessments, and delivering individual and family therapy. You will develop service plans, goals, and Wellness/Recovery Plans with families, and prepare progress reports for courts and agencies.

In-home services and collaboration with teams are essential. Required master’s degree in a related field and licensure or CAP preferred; bilingual abilities

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• Two years of supervised therapy experience preferred.
• Licensure or certification as clinician preferred (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT or CAP).

Responsibilities

• Receive referrals for families at risk of child removal.
• Develop service plans and goals with family.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and write plans.
• Provide in-home and group therapy as needed.
• Develop Wellness/Recovery Plans with consumers.
• Prepare progress reports for courts and agencies.
• Collaborate with coordinators and attend meetings.
