Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapist for Tampa Bay Girls Academy in Tampa, Florida. The role provides individual, family, and group therapy, overseeing treatment completion for youth ages 12-21 in residential programs.

You’ll conduct clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, and coordinate with the multidisciplinary team. Requirements include a Florida license (LPC/LAC/LMSW/LCSW), a Master’s Degree, and the ability to pass background checks and drug/TB tests.

Qualifications

• Florida license as a LPC, LAC, LMSW or LCSW.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, TB test.
• Pass search of child and adult abuse registries.
• Eligible driver with active Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Perform clinical assessments and develop service plans.
• Counsel and provide case management.
• Maintain records and coordinate with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Document progress notes, staffing reports, discharge summaries.
• Deliver crisis intervention as needed.
