Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Licensed Therapist at Pompano Youth Academy in Pompano Beach, FL. The role focuses on developing and overseeing treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family services to youth under placement. Reports to Clinical Director and supervises group living staff.

Qualifications include MA/ MS/ MSW and licensure (LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC) with prior case management experience with juveniles. CAC II/III preferred for substance abuse work.

Qualifications

• MA, MS or MSW required; LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure.
• Three years’ experience with juveniles in case management.
• CAC II or CAC III preferred for substance abuse education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individual treatment plans and programs.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy and case management services.
• Supervise group living staff and ensure supportive environments for youth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
