Job summary

Rite of Passage seeks a Licensed Therapist for the Pompano Youth Academy in Pompano Beach, Florida. The role develops and oversees case plans and treatment programs tailored to each youth, delivering individual, group, and family therapy while meeting agency goals.

Qualifications

• Masters or better in Psychology or related field.
• 3 years of Case Management experience with juveniles.
• Licensure as LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC preferred (LCSW acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee case plans and treatment programs aligned with placing agency requirements.
• Provide individual, group, family, and case management services.
• Supervise group living staff and ensure proper student support.
