Rite of Passage is seeking a Therapist at Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, FL to join a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of youth. You will implement and guide prescriptive treatment programs, facilitate case plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapy as part of a supportive, therapeutic environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
• Four years of related experience in residential group living and clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, develop and facilitate case plans and prescriptive treatment programs as directed by placing agency needs.
• Provide individual, group, family and case management services as a primary service provider; supervise group living staff.
• Report to the Clinical Director and assist with supervision of site staff.
