Apogee Behavioral Medicine PC is seeking licensed therapists to join a clinician-led team with 40+ years of combined experience. They offer flexible full/part-time options, including outpatient, remote, and hybrid models, with strong admin support and a sign-on bonus.

Providers collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, and APPs to deliver psychotherapy services, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans, while maintaining comprehensive EHR documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Accepted licenses: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family therapy, and Social work.
• Has at least 2 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery.
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and placement criteria within the continuum of care.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Participate in new provider orientation and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR system.
• Practice standard of care for the delivery of psychotherapy services.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and other treatments as needed.
