Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team of providers to coordinate care.
• Participate in new-hire orientation and onboarding.
• Maintain timely health records within the EHR system.
• Deliver psychotherapy in alignment with standard of care.
• Refer patients for medication management and other treatments when needed.
