Job summary

Apogee Behavioral Medicine is seeking clinicians to join our interdisciplinary team with over 40 years of combined behavioral health experience. Our clinics across the southeast deliver assessments and ongoing medication management to improve patient outcomes in collaborative care models.

We offer flexible full-time schedules, a supportive admin structure, and a robust benefits package including CME allowance and tail coverage. Licensure in NC with LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT is required.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted license to practice in the state of care delivery.
• Accepted licenses: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT.
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Ability to utilize the EHR and other software for care delivery.
• Understanding of diagnostic criteria for dual conditions and placement criteria within the continuum of care.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team of providers.
• Participate in new-hire orientation.
• Maintain timely health records within our EHR.
• Practice standard of care for psychotherapy services.
• Refer patients internally for medication management and other treatments.
