Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Private Practice Therapist to deliver high-quality mental health services in an outpatient setting in Oklahoma City. You will perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, independent licensure, and 2+ years in private practice; substance use experience is a plus. Knowledge of DEA/state guidelines is expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work from an accredited program.
• Independently licensed and in good standing (LPC, LCSW or equivalent).
• Experience in private practice preferred; substance use experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy based on client needs.
• Conduct intake evaluations and create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments for acute cases.
