Job summary

Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join the Iowa Cross ACT program in Knoxville, IA. You will deliver individual, group, and family therapy to adults, using evidence-based practices and coordinating with a multidisciplinary ACT team.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $70,000 annually, DailyPay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Join us to help adults achieve greater stability and independence within their communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human services field.
• Current state license (LPC, LMSW, LISW) as required by licensure.
• Experience in behavioral health treatment.
• Familiarity with standard business software and electronic health care databases.
• Ability to obtain required clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults.
• Conduct intake assessments and treatment recommendations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain an active caseload and ongoing treatment.
• Coordinate with program support staff to access additional services.
• Maintain documentation in EMR per agency guidelines.
• Participate in clinical team meetings.
• Provide supervision to non-licensed staff as needed.
• Collaborate with ACT team for coordinated care.
