RHA Health Services is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for ACTT in Iowa. This community-based team provides crisis response, stabilization, and preventive services to behavioral health clients.

The role emphasizes nursing care, rehabilitation, and helping individuals live in their own communities. An active RN license is required, BSN is preferred, and one year of nursing experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Crisis Plan as indicated in the recipient's plan.
• Attend PCP meetings and contribute to planning as requested.
• Monitor consumers for medication side effects and adverse reactions.
• Assist team with assessing learning needs and provide teaching as indicated.
