Resources for Human Development (RHD) seeks a Licensed Therapist for the Iowa Cross ACT program in Knoxville, IA. You’ll deliver evidence-based behavioral health services within a multidisciplinary ACT team and support adults toward greater independence and stability.

• Master’s degree in a human services field and state licensure (LPC/LMSW/LISW) as required by program licensing.
• Experience delivering evidence-based behavioral health treatment in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Ability to obtain required clearances and maintain clinical documentation in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults per program needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain an active caseload and coordinate with support staff.
