The licensed clinician will support member issues, documentation, and clinical reviews in a remote/hybrid environment.

Applicants must hold an independent clinical license and have at least four years post‑licensure, with experience in EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical license required (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PhD/PsyD or state equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years post‑licensure clinical experience.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support within operations and address member issues requiring clinical judgment.
• Support pre‑intake clinical review and outreach as needed.
• Review member feedback requiring clinical attention and follow up.
