BlueSky Telepsych is a clinician-led behavioral health company delivering telehealth care with a focus on access and quality. Clinicians practice from home with flexible hours and regular virtual team meetings.

We seek licensed therapists/prescribers who collaborate across psychiatry and counseling to coordinate patient care, offering hourly compensation and full-time medical insurance for those who work full-time.

Competenze

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states.

Mansioni

• Provide autonomous clinical care in the patient’s best interest.
• Manage caseloads with frequent collaboration within teams of therapists and prescribers.
• Work from home with telehealth sessions scheduled by clinicians.
• Coordinate between psychiatric and counselor providers to ensure integrated care.

Job Details:

• Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference!


• Caseloads build rapidly, just speak with anyone in the company!


• We are growing in the form of teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber.


• We emphasize regular staffing with your collaborating prescribers, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.


• Clinical work is performed from home, and days and hours are per the clinician's choosing. Clinical team meetings are also virtual.


• Compensation is hourly, there is a medical insurance benefit for those therapists able to offer full-time hours.


• Seeking someone excited to collaborate actively in a team-based format to ensure coordination between our Psychiatric and counselor providers.

Job Requirements:

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA)


• Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist is preferred but not required.


• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.


• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.


• Solid computer and basic technology skills
