Job summary

BlueSky Telepsych is recruiting licensed mental health clinicians for remote practice in the United States. Clinicians choose their days and hours, with regular monthly coordination between psychiatric prescribers and counselors.

We emphasize collaborative, patient-centered care, autonomy, and rapid caseload growth. A medical insurance benefit is provided for full-time therapists.

Qualifications

• Must be fully licensed (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) and open to licensing in alternative states (AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA).
• Significant clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Clinical work is performed from home with days/hours chosen by the clinician.
• Collaborate actively in a team-based format to coordinate between Psychiatric and counselor providers; monthly case discussions.
